John Brady will be running ITN assessments in the club throughout the year. Keep checking back for details of the next assessment.

Under the ITN rating system, various skill tests on serves, volleys and other tennis shots and one short mobility test are carried out with a view to providing a rating for a player's general level of play.

All of those who have already taken part have found it to be great fun, quite apart from benefitting from a rating assessment. Indeed, many who have already taken part want to have another go!!

A word of advice - listen carefully to John when he's explaining what he wants you to do to get the most out of the assessment!
